For HP employees part of “HPE PRESALES” attending the whole summit, accommodations have already been pre-booked (4 nights, check-in 17 January & check-out 21 January). For extra nights, please make your own arrangement and must be paid directly to the hotel.

For HP employees part of “HPE PRESALES MANAGER” attending the whole summit, accommodations have already been pre-booked (5 nights, check-in 17 January & check-out 22 January). For extra nights, not part of the summit package, please make your own arrangement and must be paid directly to the hotel.

For HP employees part of “HPE Alliance & OEM” attending the whole summit, accommodations have already been pre-booked (5 nights, check-in 17 January & check-out 21 January). For extra nights, not part of the summit package, please make your own arrangement and must be paid directly to the hotel.

For “HPE EMPLOYEE”, accommodation is not included. Please make your own hotel booking.

For “HPE SPEAKERS”, accommodation is not included. Please make your own hotel booking.

Incidental charges such as mini-bar, laundry, room services, business centre, telephone, in-room dining, etc. will be billed to the personal account upon check-out for all participants. You will need to provide a credit card upon check-in at the hotel to cover expenses outside of room and tax.

All cancellations requests must be submitted in writing to hpetss.sydney@hpapjfse.com.

 

Visas

All participants travelling to Sydney must present an approved travel document (passport or identity card).

Participants from several countries will require a visa to enter Australia.

Participants are encouraged to apply for visas early to make sure the requested documentation is submitted in time.

A request for a visa invitation letter will be submitted during registration to be produced by our event agency. It will then be addressed directly to the participant (Soft Copy or Hard Copy).
